Peachtreee City does not have a specific list of home occupations that are allowed. The ordinance states that daycares are allowed if they meet all state and health department requirements. The ordinance states, that home occupations should not create a nuisance, should not be evident that there is a home occupation in the neighborhood and should not have employees outside of people who reside in the home.
